We say as soon as you feel your bust is changing. This varies greatly for everybody, but you'll notice a change in how your bra is fitting and you don't want any digging in. Buy 2–3 to start — your size may shift slightly once your milk comes in. During pregnancy, we recommend to roughly go up one cup and one back size from your pre-pregnancy bra as a place to start. Your cup size often changes again in the first weeks after birth. Then at around 3 months they'll settle again.
