The Necessity is sized S–XXL, so start with your usual clothing size for the band. For the cup, choose from two options: Regular (A–DD) or Busty (E–G). Select your current cup size — the fabric stretches 2–3 cup sizes to accommodate your changing shape as your milk comes in. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
