We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

Free Returns for Store Credit (Recommended)
The fastest and easiest option. Perfect if you’d like to try a different size, colour, or shop again later. To select this option please complete step 1 AND step 2 below

  • Processed as soon as your return reaches our Australian Depot.

Refunds (Original Payment Method)

If you prefer a refund, we can process this once your return has been received and inspected.

  • Return shipping label provided
  • A $9.95 admin & handling fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Processed within 14 business days of delivery to our NSW consolidation point

RETURNS POLICY

You have 30 days from delivery to lodge a return on eligible items.

  • Store credit, no charge applies
  • Refund with supplied returns label (restocking fee applies $9.95)
  • Store Credit: Processed when your return is delivered to our consolidation point in NSW
  • Refunds: Within 14 business days of arrival (may be longer during sales)
  • Bras & sleepwear in original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
    ⚠️ Items will NOT be accepted back stained or marked or washed.
  • Please package Contour Cups/Padded bras carefully to avoid cup creasing
  • We are unable to combine returns at this time, all returns must be lodged and sent back individually.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Briefs
  • Bra extenders
  • Breast pads
  • Factory Seconds
