Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to lodge a return on eligible items.

Australian Returns

Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Added Checkout+ at checkout? You're all sorted, your return label is on us. Simply lodge your return and choose a full refund, store credit, or exchange for another item, free of charge.
• Skipped Checkout+? No problem at all, just purchase your return label, then choose a full refund, store credit, or exchange for another item, with no additional fees or restocking charges.
• Once you have lodged your return, you will have 14 days to get your return in the post. After 14 days your label will expire and will no longer be able to use it. If your return has expired and you are still within our 30 day return period, please reach out to us and we can reset your return for you.

Would you like to make an exchange? Click here. All items are eligible to be exchanged for any other item in our store. If your new item costs more than the original, you'll simply be invoiced the difference. Should you need more than two exchanges,  you can purchase a label inside the portal for $9.95

Orders must be lodged and sent back individually, we cannot allow returns for multiple orders to be combined

If you're shipping from outside Australia, you'll need to arrange and cover your own return shipping, we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. Get in touch with our team and we'll send you return instructions.

Please note: the Checkout+ fee is non-refundable

Store Credit: Processed when your return is delivered to our consolidation point in NSW

Refunds: Within 14 business days of returned being marked as delivered (may be longer during sales)

- Bras & sleepwear in original condition

- Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

- ⚠️ Items will NOT be accepted back stained or marked or washed.

- Please package Contour Cups/Padded bras carefully to avoid cup creasing

- We are unable to combine returns at this time, all returns must be lodged and sent back individually.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Briefs

- Bra extenders

- Breast pads

- Factory Seconds

Must be returned with your order if you're returning items for a refund, but not a store credit!

Need a different size? We'll honour your original discount within 30 days of purchase on a new order, keep in mind we do not offer exchanges so you will need to return as above and repurchase. Please Contact us for instructions on how to redeem
