EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT POLICY

You have 90 days to decide whether your garments are right for you. Within 90 days you can exchange your items to ensure you get the right size and style or receive a store credit which is valid for 1 year and will be issued for the value of the item only, exclusive of the shipping fees, if applicable. Items must be unworn and tags attached. Don’t forget to contact us if you’re unsure on what to re-order.

All bras and sleepwear are available for exchange. Garments must be in the original condition with swing tags attached, unwashed and unworn. Items will not be accepted back stained or marked. Please take care to not crush contour/padded cups into small packages. These will not be accepted if cups are creased due to insufficient packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons briefs, swimwear and breast pads are unable to be returned. (Unless they were a free gift with purchase in which instance they must be returned with the product purchased. This includes free knickers and/or breastpads).

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item/s. Within 5 working days you will be notified of confirmation of the approval status of your exchange or store credit. Once approved, your exchange product will be shipped or a Hotmilk gift card with be emailed to you to the value of your return, depending on what was decided upon.

Please make sure you complete ALL 3 steps to ensure we have your return processed as quickly as possible, we are working to improve and simplify the process so bear with us!

STEP 1: To receive your free shipping label all you have to do is click on the link below that will take you to the Australia Post returns web portal and then follow the simple instructions.

To get started you just need your email address and a unique RETURN ORDER ID code which is as follows:

HMK-000(+ your original 7-character order number)   
eg. HMK-000AU12345

Then go to this link and follow the instructions to download your free shipping label:  https://return.auspost.com.au/NEW_ZEALAND_POST

STEP 2: Drop to your nearest Collection Point or Australia Post Office. If you don't have access to a printer don't worry. We will send you a QR code that you can show to the postal depot and they will print the shipping label for you. Please ensure that your RETURN ORDER ID (eg. HMK-000AU12345) is visible and clear for our return team to see as this is how we can identify your parcel. Please do not cover with tape or alike when packaging your return.  

STEP 3: Please allow up to 5 business days after your parcel has arrived for your return to be processed (there may be further delays in peak times).

Yes, Laybuy orders can be exchanged using the returns portal, however the refund will exclude any Laybuy fees.

Any discounts at the time of the purchase will be carried through to any products purchased for exchange.


FAULTY GARMENTS

HM Collective products have a comprehensive three-month manufactures warranty period from the original date of purchase. (Issues incurred after this period are deemed as fair wear and tear. In the unlikely event that your item has a manufactures fault within this period or you have been sent the wrong item, please email us and we will issue you a replacement at no cost. In your communication please include your order number, a detailed description of the fault and ideally a photo also.
