Competition Terms & Conditions


  1. Promoter: The promoter is Hotmilk Lingerie in partnership with The Sleep Store.

  2. Eligibility:

    • This competition is open to legal residents of New Zealand and Australia only.

    • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

    • Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. Entry Period:

    • The competition opens at 12:00am NZST on 14 July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 20 July 2025.

  4. How to Enter:

    • To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form during the competition period.

    • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  5. Prize:

    • One winner will receive a Maternity Prize Pack valued at NZD $1,000.

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

    • In the event that any product becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

  6. Winner Selection & Notification:

    • The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on Monday, 21 July 2025.

    • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.

    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

  7. Privacy & Marketing:

    • By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails and SMS from Hotmilk Lingerie and The Sleep Store.

    • Consent is not a condition of entry. You may unsubscribe at any time.

    • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  8. General:

    • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms.

    • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

  9. Liability:

    • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or the prize.
